2. Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel processes server log data (IP address, browser type, date/time of access, referring page) automatically to run and secure the site. This is necessary for operating the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website). Logs are stored temporarily and not merged with other data. A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; data may be processed in the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework / EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics, a cookie-free analytics tool. It counts page views and aggregate visitor statistics without setting cookies or tracking individual users across sites. No personal profile is built and no data is shared with third parties for advertising. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding site usage).

4. Contact form

When you submit the form, the fields you fill in (name, email, case study text or link, context, feedback, language, how you found the page) are sent via Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC) to Shannon Turner's email. Web3Forms acts as a processor and does not use the data for its own purposes. Submitted content is treated as private client material and is not shared with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract).

5. Retention

Form submissions and any resulting correspondence are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or fulfil a contract, then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. German tax law, 6–10 years for invoices).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and data portability, under Art. 15–21 GDPR.
